History

Formed in March of 2004 in Jacksonville, FL Global Monitoring, Inc. is the oldest privately owned monitoring company in Duval County. Minority owned, and sister company of David Valentine Bail Bonds, Global Monitoring’s main focus is to operate and maintain electronic monitoring (EM) technology and use it to provide services to private entities, as well as the public at large. Global Monitoring is conveniently located at 203 N Washing Street in Downtown Jacksonville in the same building as David Valentine Bail bonds, across the street from Duval County Jail.

Owner Ingrid Valentine employs the largest bail bond staff in Jacksonville and has been providing high quality surety services to North Florida for nearly three decades. David Valentine Bail Bonds has also been providing a form of monitoring services to clients, guaranteeing the appearance of defendants in the judicial system with bonding services. Global Monitoring currently provides GPS monitoring services to pre-trial and post-sentence defendants for Duval and surrounding counties.
